Row 2, Plot 5, CARTER, Tracie Lynn

Tracie was the infant daughter of Donald "Dan" and Wanda Clement Carter.  They are buried at White Hall Cemetery in Jefferson County near White Hall High School.  She is survived by one brother Daniel Lee "Danny" Carter and one sister Connie Sue Carter.
